Bridging the gap between garage prototypes and industrial-scale manufacturing.

Behind the Site

My passion for subtractive manufacturing began when a budget desktop CNC router ruined three precision aluminum billets due to excessive spindle runout and reckless feed rates. Maker forums were filled with arbitrary feed/speed guesses and zero calculations on chipload, tool deflection, or machine rigidity.

That frustration pushed me into the rigorous physics of feeds and speeds, chipload optimization, and climb vs conventional milling strategies. I wanted to understand how tool geometry, flute count, and surface feet per minute (SFM) mathematically dictate tool life and surface finish (Ra).

Real Industrial Experience

Over the years, I've programmed and tuned desktop CNC mills, high-speed routing tables, and automated tool changers. I don't just generate toolpaths; I calculate chip thinning, measure spindle runout with micron test indicators, and optimize adaptive clearing strategies for chatter-free cutting.

At CNC Hub, I bring that rigorous machining standard to makers, machinists, and prototype engineers. Whether you're calibrating G-code feeds and speeds in Fusion 360 or choosing solid carbide end mills, my mission is to deliver verified empirical cutting data instead of guesswork.

Precision First

Every parameter table is backed by spindle deflection analysis and micrometric surface finish validation.

Technical Integrity

No fluff, no sponsored bias. If an end mill chatters or spindle runout exceeds tolerance, you'll see the autopsy.

Pro Standards

Applying rigorous cutting physics, chip load models, and mechanical safety principles to every benchmark.

Why Trust This Source?

The CNC Hub engineering archive is built on empirical testing, verified physics, and transparent hardware benchmarking. We believe documentation is an engineering discipline. Every guide, calculator, and parameter blueprint is validated before publication.

I founded this portal to give machinists, makers, and prototype engineers the verified cutting parameters and toolpath strategies they need to mill with confidence.

Collaboration & Inquiries

I am open to technical consultations, industrial machine testing, and professional collaborations that align with our high-fidelity standards.
